Seven SpA is the owner of the former disused area “Officine Lenzi”, in San Concordio, Lucca.

The company aims to develop an area that respects the values of eco-social, environmental and economic standards.

The project was born from the desire to promote an abandoned industrial area characterized by a major urban destination of the General Plan of the town of Lucca and a strategic geographical location; it wants to improve the connection between San Concordio and the city of Lucca and also to create a public garden.

Moreover, inside Officine Lenzi, there will be located a center for business and craft, the gym will be enlarged and new facilities installed, together with a meeting space for art and music, with the addition of some frequently used complementary services (covered parking, restaurant, bar, reception and entertainment areas).

The presence of a Condo Hotel with a conference area would also make the property particularly attractive to the tourism industry.

The recovery plan of “Officine Lenzi” was approved in 2007 with the “Portoghesi project” (Projects section); after that, other projects were developed. These are the new proposals for the functions:

With this website “Seven S.r.l” presents projects, current and historical photos of the area and the new activities to develop a new draft with the cooperation of the Celsius and the Master of the public space – MASP.

Seven welcomes all ideas and new proposals for the redevelopment of the area from the potential investors and other operators of interest.

Strategic location

The “Officine Lenzi” are located in the quarter of San Concordio, in the immediate vicinity of the old walls, in the center- south of Lucca. San Concordio is a very popular residential area because of its proximity to the city center of Lucca and the train station.

Thanks to their strategic location (including the proximity to the motorway A11 and A12 and to the airports of Pisa and Florence), the “Officine Lenzi” are easily accessible from all the Italian cities and major European cities. Within a few hundred kilometers, you can also reach the most important economic and tourist destinations in central Italy.
